"I do not recommend this office. I've had life insurance through state farm for a long time. A couple months ago I got a letter about adding another policy without having to go through any medical assessments. I called to speak with Jeremy and got one of the other office staff members who told me that Jeremy was with someone and that they'd have him call me back. I waited an entire week and never heard anything so I called again and got Jeremy directly. He told me that no one told him to call me so either the other staff member never gave Jeremy the message or Jeremy just forgot. Either way - not cool. Anyways, I went forward with submitting an application for the new policy. The first time we did it, State Farm kicked it back to Jeremy for completing it incorrectly, so we had to redo it. Ok. No big deal. It happens. Submit the application again and all seems well. The policy was added to my account and I began paying the new premium. I get a letter a few weeks ago saying that my new policy is being discontinued and the application has been removed from my account because they never received the required documents to complete the application. Then I tried to call the office to figure out what happened and no one will answer the phone and just goes to voicemail. Needless to say, I am switching agents."
